Boosting the uptake of Copernicus: challenges, success, future perspectives

ProvincieBrabant Flamand (VBR)

Workshop: Boosting the uptake of Copernicus – challenges, successes and future perspectives Copernicus user uptake activities have been designed and implemented with the aim of maximising the benefits enabled by the Programme for the different types of stakeholders in the ecosystem (e.g. industry, end-users, citizens, public service bodies). These benefits are realised through the use of Copernicus data, Copernicus services and Copernicus-enabled downstream services. This workshop, organised by the European Commission on the 8th of November in Brussels, will offer a prime opportunity to understand the challenges in the uptake of Copernicus, identify success stories that ought to serve as best practices, and share perspectives for the future improvement of user uptake initiatives.
The workshop will bring together representatives from the whole ecosystem to engage in an active dialogue on these topics and help shape the evolution of Copernicus user uptake activities. Please note that due to limited capacity at the venue facilities, registrations will be subject to reconfirmation prior to the event.
