A competitive advantage is imperative not only for profit-oriented companies but also for not-for-profit and government sector organisations.  This programme looks at what it takes to develop a competitive advantage for an organisation.  Within this framework, the programme looks at developing a positive brand image, and using ICT and TQM for competitive advantage development.  The programme is designed to look at competitive advantages in both the product sectors as well as the services sectors.
