How to balance the mind and body by utilising the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda? Are you ready to live a happy and healthy life? Yes, happiness and wellness is something we have to pursue. Life is an adventure and throughout life, we have the opportunity to learn, explore, understand and work towards being the best version of yourself. Yoga and Ayurveda are close siblings, full of wisdom, tools, techniques and practices on how to live, heal and be. In this workshop, we will explore Ayurveda and the 3 body types (doshas) so that we can move smoothly throughout life with understanding on how different practices, experiences and routines affect us and our body type. This workshop includes a talk and practice.
