Yoga for Beginners - Introductory Course

This 4-week course will take the students through the basic concepts of yoga breathing and safe asana (yoga postures) practice. Each week's session will have stronger focus on a specific aspect of the practice in order to create a strong foundation for safe practice and individual alignment: breathing and core support, standing poses, balancing, sun salutation, and backbends. This is a great way to learn the basics for hot yoga and vinyasa classes. This course starts on Saturday September 14th and runs weekly until October 5th inclusive. Price for the 4-week block is EUR 45 and includes one free class of your choosing at the the Yoga Space. Please note that RSVP is required and the block of 4 classes need to be paid in full before the first session. Drop-in sessions are not available for this course.
This course is designed for people who are new to yoga but everyone is welcome. It never hurts to go back to the foundations.
